
Should you only play sports during their seasons? Does overplaying a sport wear your muscles out?
I'm a basketball person and I was wondering what I could do during the other sports seasons rather than play those sports.
what??? i mean you could pull a muscle or something, but buy "overplaying" nothing should really happen i mean you might feel sore or tired a bit but you will be building more muscle
my advice is to find ways to work out and exercise so tht when basketball comes around you will be in shape to play
