Strech Brace

What are some good stretches for a sprained back???

2 Months ago I hurt my back and it still hurts so I went to the doctors and they said this certain thing was sprained. They didnt give me a brace or anything they just said to strech it and ice it. What are some good streches to help it heal or at least feel better because i start gymnastics soon!!!!

Buy an exercise ball they usually include a set of stretches. I have a Gold's gym one and it came with a DVD.
