HELP..what diet should i follow to cut bodyfat and lose a stone?

I eat a healthy balanced diet (see below) and exercise hard 3-5 times per week, working on weights, bodyweight circuits, kung fu training and running (2-6 miles) - not all at the same time...and find it hard to strip bodyfat still...my usual diet is roughly as follows but is there anything else i should be doing???

Bfast: bran flakes and raisins, yoghurt, tea or water
snack: banana
lunch: jacket potato and tuna or wholewheat tuna sandwich
snack: mullerice or protein/bar/shake
dinner: fish or meat with salad or veg
bed: protein shake or milk

Your diet sounds fine, make sure everything is low fat. The GI diet is quite good it turns carbs in to sugar slower so you don't feel so hungry check it out.
