How to wear a dobok for a beginner taekwondo student?
Help! I'm going to my first Taekwondo lesson today, and I need to know when/where/how to wear my dobok and belt! I know that I shouldn't wear my belt outside of class, and never wash it or let it touch the ground, but wheat about my dobok? Can I wear a shirt under it? Can I wear sweatpants under my pants?
Dobok, when/where/how is the question that your Instructor will going to answer once you started your training, actual information will going to relay to you regarding things including the actual flow of your practice.
Can you wear a shirt under or sweatpants, for me it's not comfortable to do so because Tae Kwon Do are lot of movements especially during kicking drills, but to make things sure better talk to your Instructor about this.
