What are the differences between a trail running shoes and just the normal running shoes?
Are trail running shoes used for people who exercise at the gym like aerobics, treadmill running, bicycling? Are these trail running shoes good for running down the street? or should a person buy a pair of running shoes instead? Please explain the differences in performance of "running."
Trail running shoes are meant for running "off-road" like on dirt, grass, and most things that aren't hard like pavement. however, the regular running shoes are meant for running on all terrain, i would personally suggest buying the regular running shoes for workouts in the gym and on roads, and buy the trail shoes for running on other substances that are not as hard as the pavement/concreate.
