
Tricep workout?
Is there a simple way to work on triceps without a bench, bar, or rope/bar thing? I can't get to a gym for a while because of my work hours, and I was wondering if there was a way to do it with weights or just picking something heavy up.
yes just use a dumbbell put it over your head,you can do it while standing up and just push it up and down.If you are going heavy i would recomment having a spotter since if it falls down you could hurt yourself.The max i ever used for overhead standing triceps press is 75 lbs without spotter.You could also do it 1 arm but go to low for that.Dont go above 30-40 lbs if you are 1 arm.
