Their details say, it's suppose to reduce the waist 1-4 inches in 30 days and give you back support.

I'm wearing mine now and yes it does work. I love it!!! Just make sure you buy the right size, I bought one too big and it bunched and was uncomfortable. Once I got the right size it was perfect.
