How can just lifting weights or jump roping JUST 30 mins a day COUNT?
Like lets say in the morning you wake up and jump rope like 10 mins and lift a 20lb dumbell 50 times count if you where too do it for six months?
You only do that every 23 hours so how can it count?
The question is vague.
Regardless it can "count"
anytime your muscles are contracting
they are working out.
now you wont necessarily see results
but it is a great way to get your heart
actively pumping blood through your body
Even just throwing a football back & forth
for 30-45 minutes can get anyone sore if not the slightest bit
(of course depending on how physically active someone is)
jump roping sounds like a good idea for cardio/stamina
however I feel like a 20lb dumbbell may be too light..
even for myself.
