That is to see people reach their highest potential.
What is coaching? Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia defines life coaching as a practice of assisting clients to determine and achieve personal goals. A coach is defined as a person who supports people (clients) to achieve their goals, with goal setting, encouragement and questions.
Coaching is not counseling, consulting, or mentoring. While there are some similarities; there are differences that set coaching apart into its own category. Coaching is not about giving advice, telling people what to do, sharing opinions, diagnosing a problem, or teaching. It is not a clinical relationship, does not focus on the past, and is not about healing.
How can coaching benefit you? Coaching stimulates vision and moves people forward into their future. It helps people expand their visions, build their confidence, unlock their potential, increase their skills, and take practical steps toward their goals. What are you passionate about? What goals do you want to achieve? What dreams do you have? What changes do you want to make in your life? A life coach can help you bring those very things to fruition.
