
How would my body feel if I wore a 20lb weight vest, 5lb wrist weights, and 10lb ankle weights all day?
I plan on doing this all day everyday expect when I take a shower and go to bed! Please give me some good info, I'm going to be doing this for my training coming up! I have done research and know that I can't do any running because it would kill my Knees. Please and Thanks for any Info!
I think you may do damage to yourself, especially to your back. Please consult with a coach or someone else who knows. I don't think this is a good idea.
