
Reducing jiggle...?
Okay...I'm a 30 yrs old female, 5'9, 128 lbs. 20 min cardio (stationary bike) four times a week, Pilates three times a week, Circuit training four times a week, Yoga in the mornings most days. Rather broad shoulders and wider hips (my frame is neither masculine nor small, if that makes sense.
I get that I'm a good weight for my height, and clothing size-wise I'm on the small side. My issue is that I still have jiggle - there's a little inner thigh and bra strap squish and a little pooch of belly fat.
Am I missing something? Or should I chalk it up to genetics and having borne two children and just let it go?
Let it go. Sounds like you're in good shape, considering you've had two kids.
